Brian brings over 15 years of experience in real estate litigation, prosecution, and defense to every transaction he brokers — from title disputes and boundary lines to water rights and large land deals. He personally trains every agent on the team to recognize legal complexity before it becomes a problem.

He currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah.
